The parent public company formerly known as ISX Financial EU Plc has changed its legal name to Xryma Plc. The name change was approved by shareholders at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on 19 March 2026 with immediate effect. (View EGM results here).

What has changed

• The legal name of the Company has changed from ISX Financial EU Plc to Xryma Plc.
• The Group's corporate identity, website and investor communications channel have moved to www.xryma.com.
• All future regulatory disclosures, including annual reports, results announcements, Annual Shareholders meeting materials, price-sensitive information and press releases will be published under the Xryma Plc name and on the Xryma corporate website.
  

 

What has not changed

• The ISX Financial® brand continues unchanged. ISX Financial remains the Group's EEA-authorised Electronic Money Institution (EMI), authorised by the Central Bank of Cyprus, and will continue to serve its customers under the ISX Financial® name.
• Legal continuity is preserved. Xryma Plc remains the same legal entity, only the name has changed. All other information relating to the Company, including its issued share capital, ISIN, regulatory authorisations and material commercial arrangements, remains unchanged.
• Strategic direction and senior leadership remain unchanged. The Group's long-term strategy, board composition and executive leadership remain consistent.

 

Why the change

Name change to Xryma Plc reflects the evolution of the Group from a single operating entity into a broader ecosystem of regulated financial services, infrastructure and technology across multiple markets.

The name Xryma is derived from the Greek χρήμα (chryma), meaning "money" or "a thing of value," and underscores both the Group's Hellenic foundations and its role in the global payments ecosystem.
