Mr. Barnes has international business experience in venture development in both the financial and technology sectors and has been involved in M&A activities for over 30 years. An experienced executive and latterly non-executive director with Tristel PLC (TSTL.L) an LSE AIM market Listed healthcare company where he has served as Chairman of the Company and as Chairman of the and Audit and Risk Committee. In addition to his role at ISX Financial, Paul Barnes serves as an independent director with an ASX listed company specialising in cutting-edge wireless technology, including waveforms and public mobile radio solutions. 

Mr. Taoushanis brings extensive banking and finance knowledge and experience to our organisation having spent over 40 years in the industry in various senior roles. He has worked for some of the world's largest banks in a number of different locations including Chicago, Greece, Hong Kong and Cyprus, including the Continental Illinois National Bank of Chicago, the HSBC Group with 12 years as the Managing Director of the Cyprus subsidiary, and 8 years as the CEO of the Cyprus Development Bank. Since 2011, Mr. Taoushanis has been working with the private firm TTEG & Associates.

Mr. Pouros has over 46 years of extensive experience including roles in senior levels of the civil service of the Republic of Cyprus, insurance and the banking industry. His key roles in the banking industry include being an independent non-executive director of Cyprus Development Bank 1997-2004, National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) 2010-2012, Bank of Cyprus 2013, Central Co-op Bank 2013-2018, Cyprus Airways (Public) Ltd 2012-2013, Aretaieion Hospital 2012-2022 and Cooperative Asset Management Company Ltd (SEDIPES) 2018-2023. 

Mr. Treon's experience spans a 25-year career in the banking industry, including extensive experience in renowned institutions such as Lloyds Banking Group, Lehman Brothers, Dresdner Kleinwort Investment Bank, and Credit Suisse, Ajay brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation. He also brings valuable recent experience in the fintech sector, further enhancing his understanding of the evolving financial landscape.Ajay is also a qualified accountant, holds an Executive MBA, and possesses the esteemed Certificate in Quantitative Finance.

Serge has been with ISX Financial since January 2024 and brings with him over 10 years of experience in financial services and fintech companies. With extensive experience in all the various areas of compliance, his skillset is supplemented by the work he has done in various jurisdictions, spanning North America, the Channel Islands, and mainland Europe.

Mr. Musgrave holds qualifications in engineering (University of Cape Town), and executive leadership (Management School St Gallen). He has over 20 years’ experience in various sectors, including payments, acquiring, SAAS, and telecoms. His previous public company experience includes senior management roles with Worldline (previously SIX) (EPA:WLN) (2011 to 2016).

Mrs. Yianni has a proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and strategic workforce planning, all of which are approached with a forward-thinking mindset and a genuine passion for people. She has been a member of iSX Financial since June 2023, serving as the Human Resources EU Director, bringing with her over 12 years of extensive experience in the fast-paced and ever-evolving fintech industry.

James Rickards is an ACCA-qualified accountant with nearly 20 years of financial services experience, bringing a strong blend of audit, management accounting, FP&A, and multi-entity reporting expertise across banking, e-money and international group environments. Known for his analytical approach and ability to simplify complex information, he has a proven track record in improving financial processes, strengthening governance and supporting senior decision-making. He joined ISX as UK Financial Controller overseeing UK and non-EU entities, and became Interim Group Financial Controller in 2025, bringing all group entities under unified financial leadership.

Charlie Grozier is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with proven expertise in both financial accounting and complex external audit. As a Senior Accountant, he manages month-end close process for ISX UK and Probanx UK, including performing daily reconciliations of safeguarded client funds and preparing a weekly 90-day cash flow forecast used by management. Beyond technical delivery, he has a strong commitment to team development, evidenced by experience coaching junior staff on audit methodology and accounting standards.

As a Relationship Manager at ISX, Nicole Constantinides oversees high-value client accounts, managing annual processing volumes of over £100–200 million. She works closely with senior stakeholders to address client needs, deliver tailored solutions and identify new revenue opportunities while ensuring full compliance with AML and regulatory standards. Known for her strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional service, she builds long-term client relationships, drives retention, and manages complex projects with efficiency and accuracy.
