Refund/Recall/Chargeback Requests

ISX Customers

If your query relates to an issue with an ISX issued account then please use the secure messaging in your ISXMoney portal or contact customer support via the flykk® app.

Other Institution Customers

Persons that have sent funds to an IBAN issued by ISX may initiate a SEPA Recall request in order to request a refund.

We can only process a request for refund if you initiate a SEPA recall or card chargeback request from your sending bank.

Please note we cannot process any requests from email, SMS, Whatsapp, social media or telephone.

For other Institutions (non ISX) Customers, please contact your sending bank and provide them with your payment details, the destination IBAN and any reference.
