Annual General Meeting 2023

26th September 2023 : ISX Financial EU Plc (“ISXPlc”) is pleased to share its presentation  from the Annual General Meeting that took place today.

Highlights are:


  • Profit Surge - In the full year 2022, the Group reported a profit after tax of €3.6 million.This resulted in a healthy EBITDA margin of 25%.
  • Robust Revenue Growth - Our revenue growth in 2022 was 21% compared to the prior year.
  • Financial Strength: Cash increase €1 million increase compared to the previous year-end.
